Shipping Rates:

UAE 34 Additional rates apply for each half kg. Customers cover return shipping costs. Exchanges will have separate shipping fees during checkout.
GCC 95 Additional rates apply for each half kg.
Middle East 95 Additional rates apply for each half kg.
US/CAN/UK/AUS 175 Additional rates apply for each half kg.
Rest of World 200 Additional rates apply for each half kg.

Additional Notes:

Customs and miscellaneous charges are billed during transit and are customer responsibilities.
Shipping charges may vary for ‘Rest of World’ countries.
For weights above 10 kgs, shipping rates are estimates; final charges are reviewed based on actuals post-order placement.

Return and Exchange Shipping:

Return Shipping for Faulty Items:

Sands and Palms covers the return shipping cost for faulty items.

Shipping for Exchanged or New Products:

Sands and Palms covers the shipping cost for sending the new or exchanged product back to you. We will not cover the shipping cost back to the customer; instead, we will cover the pick-up from the customer only.

Important Notes:

No refunds will be issued; instead, customer wallet credit will be provided.
Items that have been washed or used will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
