Only faulty or damaged items are eligible for return.

Include a digital image clearly showcasing the fault, along with a description and your order number in the email.

Verification and Return Process for Faulty Items:

Upon receiving your report of a fault, we will carefully verify the issue and take appropriate action, which may include an exchange. If the fault is verified, we are committed to making it right for you.

Verification Process:

Our team will thoroughly assess the reported fault based on the digital images and description you provide.

Appropriate action, such as an exchange, will be determined based on the verification results.

Wallet Credit for Verified Faults:

If the fault is verified, we will credit the equivalent amount to your Sands and Palms customer wallet.

Return and Collection Process:

If the item needs to be physically returned for further verification, Sands and Palms will cover the return shipping cost.

For efficiency, our team may coordinate the collection of the faulty item directly.

Exchange Policy:

We want you to love your Sands and Palms purchase. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’re here to help.

Initiating an Exchange:

Notify us within 2 weeks of receiving the product via email at support@sandsandpalms.com.

Include your order number and details of the exchange request.

Exchange Requirements:

Items for exchange must come back in their original order, with the hang tag attached.

Items must not be washed or worn.

Shipping Costs:

Sands and Palms will cover the return shipping cost for faulty items.

The shipping cost for sending the new or exchanged product back to Sands and Palms will be covered by Sands and Palms.

Please note that the shipping cost for the new exchanged item will be covered by the customer.

Sands and Palms will cover the shipping cost to collect only the exchanged item.

Exchange Limit:

Each order is eligible for one exchange.

Important Notes:

No refunds will be issued; instead, customer wallet credit will be provided.

Items that have been washed or used will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
